14-day refund policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying the RevengeWithKaren private audio collection.

Full refund within 14 days

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase and we will refund the full amount paid for the collection. No complicated process and no subscription cancellation is needed.

How to request a refund

Email support@storyhomestead.com from the email address used at checkout. Include your payment confirmation or order email if you have it, so we can find the purchase quickly.

What happens after a refund

Refunds are processed through WayForPay. When a full refund is approved, access to the private collection is removed. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Outside the refund period

If you have an access or playback problem after 14 days, please contact us. We will help restore access when the purchase is valid.
